Plans, she is going into the kitchen tomorrow! This big girl is pretty clean, only a couple of minor boo boo's. Other than that her porcelain is nice and shiny! I've already cleaned up the Thermobaker.

We going to use her, as-is for now. The oven that came with the house has ******* out and there is not WAY I am going to spend $$ to fix it. So, we will use the new girl for now, while we finish the Beast. Then she will get her face lift.

Hmmmm... I'm might name her Miz Marvel. Not sure yet.

I am SO excited... I might be cooking on a Chambers tomorrow! 'Bout time!

NICE JOB! Any idea why she's got solid burner grates? I've only seen them on a couple stoves...

Actually, it has normal grates. But, it also has these round plates, w/legs, that fit nicely on top of the grates. They are cast iron over porcelain. The only mark on them is Pat Pend, in a circle. I don't know if they are "Chambers" parts or, add-ons.

She's in! Threw the old piece o' caca to the curb, cut a cabinet in half and... VIOLA!

The burners still need some adjustment and I need to get thermometer to check out the oven. But, so far... it's GREAT! Hehehe

Ok, she's in... what can I cook??? Made grilled cheese for Craig. Not very imaginative but, I'm on pain meds and that was the best I could come up with in 30 seconds!

Dinner was a grilled chicken, fettucinni w/fresh pesto and lovely rolls. The rolls were day olds that I'd put in the freezer yesterday. I heated up the thermowell, put em on the thermobaker and.. YUM! Perfection!

OK ok... I know I'm acting like it's Xmas in August. Well, in a way, it is! Santa came to Michelle a wee bit late... but, it was worth it. And, I'm sure it's only gonna get better.

Now I'm off to search for help in adjusting my burners.

Is the pilot cover missing? If so, I think I have an extra one if you want it. It needs to be rechromed but is structurally ok. All I ask is you cover shipping, which would be around $4, I think.
